I only see normal eating and swallowing behavior..

Of corse that anti gravity plastron that allows the tortoise to adhere to vertical surfaces might be worth further investigation hahahahahha.

I don't see any issues at all. Looks very healthy and normal to me.

All I see is a healthy bright eyed tenacious tortoise eating with a healthy appetite...and all movement is good and eager....I don't see exactly what would be interpreted as poor health...I am happy to see your tort in this video...

Thanks guys since you said it looks normal im relived my only problem now is the croaking thing he does. I really cant get to take a video of it because i just see him do it once or twice daily usually when im soaking him or im cleaning his enclosure. Not sure how often he dies it because usually im out.

There should be no worry on your part about this....this is a common thing that most torts do from time to time....
