The info @Tom linked in your other thread is solid gold.

It’s just I have questions they don’t answer.

Pyramiding can’t be fixed but start with a closed chamber and upping the humidity by wetting your substrate and ensuring your temps are correct. Also include your parents on the forum so they can help you!!

I’m following instructions and bathing them for 30-45 minutes.

You’re definitely on the right track
I was in the same boat you were in and still kind of am, in the start I didn’t care in the way I should have and now I only have a 5 year old 5.4 pound Sulcata.
But about a month ago when I joined my tortoise grew about 6 ounces with correct care hopefully that is what will happen to you.
You will also have the joy of a baby with right care which will probably outgrow your 6 year old in size in about 2 years

Good to see them in a bath! :)

The pyramiding is permanent on the 6 year old but with proper hydration future growth will be more normal, making the pyramiding less extreme.

The upside is that your hatchling is young enough that if you keep it hydrated and humid you likely won't notice any issues.
