I would say that she is an Angulata Chersina / Bowsprit.
If you look at her gular scute which the shell part under her head. You will see that it protrudes more than other tortoises. As well as the pattern around the edges of her shell also indicates Angulata.
Although her top shell is quite damaged and you can't see her pattern on top, the other two are also signs of Angulata.
But anybody else with Angulata experience please chip in here and give us your opinion as well.
