Any risks from bees?

Now that we're starting to get outside, I've noticed the bees are back already. Someone mentioned ants being a danger to tortoises in another thread, so I wondered if the same applied to bees and wasps? I assume stings and bites could be an issue.

From what I've seen they seem to ignore each other, but I'm worried about what could happen if I were to keep him outside full time.

Thanks in advance :tort:

In all my years, I have never seen personally, or heard of anyone having any trouble with bees and tortoises. I suppose yellow jackets could be an issue if someone were feeding meat to a forest species outside, but I suspect the tortoise would simply eat the thing.

Thanks for the reassurance! I'll keep an eye on them but won't worry too much. Thanks!
