Anyone really good with identification?

I've looked through many posts and on several sites, and I cannot find this weed. Tanks loves it, he eats it all the time. He's fine, so I'm assuming it's safe, but I wanted to see if anyone could identify it for sure before I give some to the babies:

It might be creeping jenny, but I'm really not sure. But it also reminds me of Yerba Buena.

Is it safe? My 17 year old loves it and eats it all the time. I have 2 hatchlings I've been trying to feed from the garden and yard. I thought since he likes it so much, I'd give some to them?
