Are my tortoises eastern or western Hermann’s?

Hi there! New to the forum, we’ve had our two Hermann’s since April. They’re about 1 year old now. We’re looking at a rough guide of how big they’ll grow in the future so we can plan for a new enclosure and have seen that there is a size difference in Eastern and Western. Would appreciate it if anyone can identify which they are! Thank you

Westerns are much more rare and expensive in the US. You'd know it if you had bought those.

They should never be housed in pairs, and your little ones are showing some pyramiding. You need to take action ASAP.

Read through this and look for the temperate species care sheet near the bottom to get the current and correct care info:
