Its just another one of those live and learn experiences. It was my own fault for trusting the guy who picked up the turtles to follow up with sending me the breeding loan papers. And then for me not following up and chasing them down. Its my own fault. Once the keepers and managers changed you can't expect the new folks to know about our breeding loan deal with no paperwork.
