Yes she has "split-scutes" and is the only female with them.

The females were incubated @ 30C.. and the males @ 25C -

They are part of a number of clutches that hatched from a breeder friend of mine. I just happen to be priveledged to be part of his program that "grows-up" hatchlings for him. Each hatchling comes with a data sheet with illustrations that show the 'marginal-notches'.. which sexes them, etc.

Really nice. Flavos are great turtles. I got a chance to meet Ray Farrell recently and pick his brain about them. They really are awesome.

What a true privilege you have to see hatchlings like these. Your baby female with the split scutes is one of a kind. I hope you're keeping that one.
