Baby sulcata

I have noticed my baby sulcatas shell seems soft just around the sides of the shell, i have a uvb light on for 12 hrs a day i have a basking spot at about 85 to 90 and the ambient air temps are 75 to 80. I keep the humidity between 60 and 80. He is still very active and is eating fine. He is not acting any different besides the sides seeming a little soft compared to the rest of him. Please help.

Your temps are too cool.

What sort of UV bulb are you using?
