A good way to keep their beak filed is to have them eat on stone or something every once in awhile, I'll have mine eat some of her greens off of the stepping stones in her habitat. You can buy a set of 7-8 of them at petsmart for about $10. My russian also loves to lay on them because they reflect a lot of heat and get pretty warm under her heat lamp

Im a over protective mom lol i cut tgere food every day i cut it 3 times to make sure its bite size im worried they can choke

A lot of folks do, but really it's a bad habit to get into. It's time to let her try out her wings and fly... okay try out her beak and eat whole foods. :)

Good! That way no worry that she might break off a piece and gives you a clean slate (beak any how) to start with. It should be fairly quick and easy. A lot depends on how good your Vet is and how willing she is to put her neck out.
