Bells Hinge back toirtoise.

Recently I got a bells hinge back tortoise but she is only sleeping. She never comes out of her hide she won't come out to eat or drink im worried cause I really don't want her to die does anyone have anything that could be helpful or tips. And I was told by a different breeder at repticon that she's gonna go into brumation soon but from the research I've done they only do that from may to september. So please if anyone can help it would be much appreciated. Oh and by the way I'm Matt. Thanks and have a great day
