Torts are Sulcatas and about 1 lb. each. Morla & NIMH. I've had them for about 9 months. Tortoise on base for scale. Built an enclosure for them, but they'really quickly outgrowing it. So bigger and better!

We're just getting started. And this is the old enclosure.

And I need advice. Looking at sealants to waterproof the wood. Is Minwax polyurethane a good sealant?

I don't think polyurethane is good for moist places.

Not sure what your plans or budget are. But in the enclosure I am building right now, I plan to line the inside with pvc board (if I can find it near me), or a similar shower wall paneling (I can't remember the name but it's a textured, waterproof, scratch resistant material I found at menards).
What size are you making that? Just curious, looks huge with that little guy on it.

How will you maintain humidity with an open top?
Those ramped water bowls are dangerous and should not be used for tortoises.
Tortoises, especially sulcatas, should not live in pairs.
