Bookshelf

Hi! So right now, my tortoise is in a large cement mixing tub, I have a bookshelf I could possibly turn into a russian tortoise enclosure! Could anyone tell me how?

I'd begin with removing the shelves and water proofing it, thread here http://www.tortoiseforum.org/thread-22038.html ,you can use re-use the shelves for something else, then set it up like a regular enclosure.
