Anyone have any ideas to help stop them from climbing up the walls?
I do have a lip around it but they keep climbing so far and then falling down.

You might have to put something across the corners at their level or are they climbing in other areas then just the corners?
Posting a picture of the enclosure might helps us figure out what you can do.

It's too dark to get a pic right now.
It's the landscape bricks that make a retaining wall for a garden.
They are not square and have gaps on the inside.
They are getting in between the gaps and climbing.
I thought about gluing ceramic tile along the walls to make it flat and hoping they shouldn't be able to climb after that.

If it is new to the turtles, then eventually, when they realize this is their new territory, they will stop trying to escape. In the meantime, make sure everything is good in the habitat - big enough, neither too hot nor too cold, water, hiding places, plants, etc.

That's what I'm hoping.
It's only been a week so I'm adding some more plants and logs this weekend hoping this helps.
Should I put the plants next to the walls to help stop them?

No. They'll use the plants as ladders.

Ok.
I figure if I get enough plants that provide cover it will help them feel safe.
