Hi guys,
One of my hatchling 3-toeds has had an eye swelling issue since I happened upon him outside about 6 weeks ago (missed him when digging up the other 2 somehow). I just took him to the vet, and they prescribed anti-biotics and said to keep him somewhere clean with no loose dirt.
Now, I have the babies in a glass tank with top soil as the substrate. I'm thinking of putting the baby with the eye in a smaller container inside of the tank. Since I cant use loose dirt, what can I put as substrate that will be clean and not interfere with his eye?
Thanks!
