Boy or girl?

Hello!
My Leopard Tortoise will be a year old in February.
Just wondering if anyone could take a guess on the sex? Still too young?
His/her tail almost always looks like this in the photo!

Too young to tell yet. My opinion.

Too young yet. Has to be around 3 years for the earliest unless it's a boy and he flashes you sooner.
Could take until 5 years.
