I have 3 adult females and only a one adult male !! Does every female need an adult male ? Or only one can fertilize all their eggs ?

Please reconsider. Red ear sliders are almost worse than feral cats. There are so very many of them. People get them as babies because they're so darned cute, then when they outgrow the tank (yes, most are in an aquarium) they toss them into the creek, or lake. I've had to turn people away because I can't find homes for them anymore.

To answer your question, you only need one male.

Then they displace native turtles and other wildlife. They get pretty big and eat up waterfowl eggs, etc.
Plus, from what i've read, these are some of the least cuddly turtles.
They are beautiful but the world already has more than enough.

I am from Egypt. We don't have enough. We import a lot of them annually.

Just remember, they reproduce RAPIDLY, like rabbits, rats, goats left to their own means...here in the United States we are reminded of people being overwhelmed then irresponsible every time we see these turtles wild in the wrong pond...there are a few places they are native to...but generally they have been dumped into the wrong places which is not fair to the species ...they are often hated and that is sad...especially since they are a highly personable and social turtle...their personalities are fun, eager and tenacious...great little turtle species...

In Europe the requesting for them become more and more since the import of them get forbidden.
Especially the "south Texas" type is interesting for someone here.

I live in suburbs outside Austin Tx. At there are several manmade ponds in my subdivision. One at the end of my street has dozens of them. And yes, they are not scared of people and swim up to humans for food in great numbers. It's funny to watch when first one little head sticking above water surface heads towards the human and very soon dozens of big and small heads follow. That used to freak me out. I had never seen so many turtles all at once. And yes, they are very pretty their babies are very cute
