I planted some broad leaf (Testudo?) seed mix that I ordered from Tortoise supply and I've got to tell you, it is amazing. Two days to germination!! Sprouts are popping up all over the place and everywhere I sprinkled them. If anyone had second thoughts about growing their own food, they grow in a windowsill flowerpot...even in my closed chamber RF system with a strip 5.0 UVB light. The small bag is what I ordered and I've only used a small portion of it. It's NUTS! Try it.

I have (had?) some of that! But I didn't let it grow enough before I set mr russian on it... and he had killed it off by the end of the week :(
The italion dandelion is AMAZING too, it grew soo fast, and it continues to grow now. I have flowers now too, so I might be able to plant them to get more! :D
Did you dig down into the soil? I did, I think a little too much...o_O

I have had good luck with this mix as well. Hard to keep my sulcata off of it once he finds the sprouts.
