Ok experts I know you have answered this so many times. My little sulcata started acting a little more sleepy today and I noticed it having bubbles from its nose. I upped the ambient temp to 85-90 and humidity is 75-80%. Basking is 95-100. I had his UV light on top of a metal grate lid and covered it all with aluminum to keep heat and humidity stable. I moved the UV to the inside today (zip tied it to the inside of the grate) thinking maybe it wasn't getting enough. Gave it a mix of romaine tonight and a good long soak (although doing this daily anyways). What else should I be doing? It was more sleepy today but still moved about and saw it eating some. If it is a respitory infection I've caught it early and want to make sure I am doing all I can. Thanks for all your advice and help!

Keep that ambient temp up for at least two weeks AFTER all symptoms disappear. Hopefully you caught it soon enough.

Get a closed chamber. You won't have this problem. Easy to keep it warm all the time.

I agree with Tom keep it warm day and night and keep up the soaks. It's good it ate a little. If things seem to be getting worse and not better you can try adding pureed baby food carrots and piediyte to the soak water.

Thank you everybody. Keep it at 88-90 ambient all day and 85 all night. Seemed much perkier today also ate alot! In its soak tonight lots of gritty urates. Obviously good it was able to push it out but also slightly alarming that it wasn't mushy. Will continue to give longer soaks!
