1. Ummm horseweed? Everything looks like horseweed to me lately..
2. You got it.
3. This is "sticky weeds" aka "goose grass". It's not toxic and my tort actually REALLY likes it but WARNING to much will give them diarrhea!

First one - dunno - not horseweed - perhaps goldenrod
Second - you know
Third - correctly IDed as cleavers, bedstraw, woodruff, etc. Probably Gallium sp.
Next set: First is a weedy broom, Probably Genista
Second is a member of the nightshade family, but I wouldn't go any farther than Solanum
Both are no.

Sage smell, fuzzy leaves/stem, pink flowers
