I recently got a 7×3 inch cactus and and was wondering if I could feed it to my tortoise? It is a prickly pear cactus.

Yes you can definitely feed it to your tortoises. I would just remove the spines. Either by trimming them off or burning them off. That cactus is a tortoise favorite and healthy for them too. I feed it to mine 2-3x a week.
