Calcium is highest in the dark green leafy plants.

You can also add a tiny sprinkle of calcium powder to food three times a week... it has to be tiny as you can overdo the powder easily and create a bladder stone problem instead . Sprinkle it sparsely as torts may refuse food of they realise it is there.

Also, buy a cuttlebone (they're in the bird aisle of the pet store) and leave that in your tort's enclosure. Chewing on it will help keep your tort's beak in shape as well as add calcium to his diet

As you have a redfoot, it eats protein. Boil an egg and mash it complete with the shell. Eggshell contains calcium.

Redfoots need steady warmth throughout the enclosure, not a warm end and cool end. They don't really bask and don't need a basking lamp as they are tropical rainforest species. They need steady warmth day and night which can be provided by a Ceramic Heat Emitter used with a thermostat. All that's needed then is a UVB bulb.

@Anyfoot or @ZEROPILOT (both RF keepers) are you about?

I offer my babies a sprinkling of REPASHY supplement on top of freshly chopped food or mixed in with Mazuri that is mashed up.
Since my animals live outside, I mostly just have cuttlebone laying around.
@Anyfoot keeps his animals in an indoors controlled environment.
What he does may be more of what you need to follow.
