Finally got her in something a little more her size. I plan on changing to a CHE instead of that incredibly bright light, but in the meantime, I finaggled that plant a little further out of the corner so she can crawl around under the leaves and out of the light, but still get the heat over there. Also, I used what was left of the wire I used to hang the lights and pulled that hose up off the side of the tub, so it's not just condensing on the side right away. The whole thing is holding heat and humidity much better than the dinky little glass terrarium I had her in originally.

Hopefully the pics post okay =/

You can try sprouting seeds in it like mixed lettuce, pansies, etc. But that may be more successful when your tort is not stomping around in it.
The other alternative is to sprout them in small trays (seed one every 1-2 weeks for a few weeks), and submerge in the substrate, replace when decimated.
You can also gradually add safe house plants in the pots, submerged in the soil.
You have done a nice job.

I have some hibiscus, heliconia, and dandelions that I planted a week or so ago in pots, so I just set the pots in there with her. She hasn't been pushing anything around yet, and they're fairly big. I'm planning to set up her old glass tank for a place to grow the flowers and dandelions so I can just pick off of them to supplement her diet. I don't really have anywhere for her to graze because we're in an apartment and I know they spray outside for everything.

I love her name :D May I ask? I see a green hose into her enclosure? what is that hose attached to? A fogger? Calypso is very pretty.

Yes, the green hose is coming from a humidifier that sits to the left of her enclosure. I want to replace the hose with some clear tubing so I can run it along the back and punch some holes in it so it comes out all across, rather than dumping in one place.

And thanks! We love her. =]
