Can somebody please tell me the sex of my tortoise? [emoji217]

Hi I’m fairly new to all this and is my first post! Was hoping someone could tell me if my tortoise is male or female and if it will get any bigger I believe Raph is a Greek spur thighed we have papers for him but we was never told his sex? And also the white lines in between his scutes and on his shell I feel like these have changed since we first got him what is it is it growing or like a problem with his shell he gets all his calcium and multi vitamins eats loads always chewing his cuttle bone just seems like a healthy happy tortoise just curious about that we haven’t seen any change in growth or anything apart from what I said with the shell Any help would be much appreciated! How old would you say by the size or is it too hard to judge or what age would you normally be able to sex them?

They should weigh about 300g to sex them. And yes, the white lines are new growth.
