I’m going to get a CHE for my little guys since it’s gettin cold at night. Wondering what temp they emit with the different wattages (50W-75W-100W). My lamp is 1-2ft over the ground. Looking for a nice steady 75-80F.

Get the 100w. It's hard to tell what the temp will be, each situation is different. Best to put it on a thermostat then you know it won't get too hot.
If this is for an adult Russian what does the temp get in the room where he is? Adult Russians can get to a colder temp at night.

This will vary with many factors. The only way to tell is to run it and put a thermometer under it.
