Does anyone know if a camomile lawn is safe for a tortoise to live on?

As with any plant, a steady diet of strictly chamomile is not recommended. Chamomile is edible, but should not be fed exclusively.

Sorry everyone I didn't word my question very well, I wanted to plant a chamomile lawn and wanted to make sure it wouldn't be toxic for the tortoise as he has the freedom of the garden in summer. He will still be fed a varied diet.
