Good morning/afternoon all on a very, very cold but bright day. No more snow in my part of the UK yet.
The noise stopped just after 6 which makes me think it was switched off by someone arriving for work, so probably an alarm.
Several other people in the area also heard it and have contacted the council but they won't do anything until we can pinpoint exactly where it's coming from. So looks like I will have to buy some earplugs.
Anyway I hope you all have a good Wednesday. TTFN

What type of noise?
I went to a gastroenterologist for a exam. While I was bent over and he was performing the exam. I said, doctor what a large ring you have. He responded, that's not my ring. It's my wristwatch!
Just like a high pitched continual squeal.
Still no nearer finding out where it comes from.
There was no noise last night, but it has happened several times over the last few weeks. It doesn't start until the early hours of morning. If we could hear it in the evening I and others would take a walk to try to find out where it comes from but I can't go wandering about in the middle of the night especially as temps are below 25F at the moment.
I know everything.
