Hmmm July 4th..........I do think I have something that belongs to you guys in the UK, from Ft Ticonderoga last summer, but I'm not giving it back Lyn! LOL

W/o being political, I have even more UK friends to welcome to any US celebration than before I hung around these rooms. I have a crapload...half a closet full of jeffrey-style artillery for the 4th but not this year, maybe next.

I'm continually humbled by the things others go though....mostly in silence. I hope today finds you & the family feeling better Ray. It sucks when the prevention makes us sick, right, on top of 6 weeks of 'suck"? Sorry buddy. Especially hope mil feels better.

They won't let you hate them... until they nip your ankles because they love you so much. Then what you gonna do? It means they love you. You can't spank em because then you'd have a vet bill little gizmos.

Thanks. It's so beautiful. He looks like both of my sons somehow when they were newborns. And he's my great grandson. Mom and baby came home.

Good morning/afternoon all,
We've had some cooler and showery weather the last few days but no where near the amount of rain we need. There's some very strong gusts of wind though. The tennis at Wimbledon starts today so that's bound to bring rain for the London area!

I've still not found my dream bungalow yet, some possibles, but they need too much work which my budget won't allow for, but I have another to view on Weds. so fingers crossed for that one.

Lola is well and the new growth lines between his scutes tells me he's growing. I think I'll have to cut another doorway in the side of his hide to make it easier for him to get in and out without doing a 36 point turn! I found him stood on his back legs against one of the walls the other day - he'd gone in then changed his mind and wanted to come out again so tried to turn in his door and got himself stuck. He usually manages OK if he goes further in, but maybe a side door would help him.

I hope you all have a good Monday - July already! Do any of you have 4th July celebrations planned?

With you and I guess torts will be torts. I've found Sap stuck sideways too now and then. silly torts

I wish my eyes were a camara when I opened the curtains this morning I saw something sitting on my front sidewalk. It was daylight for heaven's sake. I thought at first someone had just dumped something and took a closer look. Guess what it was

I wish my eyes were a camara when I opened the curtains this morning I saw something sitting on my front sidewalk. It was daylight for heaven's sake. I thought at first someone had just dumped something and took a closer look. Guess what it was

A racoon and a cat mating!

My power chair has been in for repairs for a week. I am using a regular push wheelchair. With only a left arm and leg. I keep going in circles.

Nope it was a ground hog stitting up eating a crab apple from our tree. I thought someone left a log at first. When I tried to get a camera up and going, the brat went under Joe's car and then traveled under the neighbor's van. That's kinda crazy because they will take up house keeping under a vehicle if you let them. And store their apples on your motor if given a pandemic to be themselves.
