Yep, another Thursday excursion back to Cambridge, Maryland For a planned BBQ/picnic. After finding this spot on the Choptank River Last week, we planned a return visit for a proper bbq.

We packed a few things, I cut up some wood, and we scooted away and had a great relaxing trip.

We've had some great weather for outside activities in August, which is unusual around here. Nice temps and low humidity.

Nope Sapphire is still a boy rock that walks sometimes. My spider plant got active and had a bunch of babies 😊 probably a dozen.🙃

Same here but it's been really cold at night. In the high 40's and low 50's. Then it becomes a beautiful warm sunny day for Sapphire.🐢. We've started a hot spell today though. It's supposed to be bad tomorrow too and then go back to really nice weather again. Sapphire enjoys sitting in the sun when mother nature isn't making the weather outrageous.😊

I really hope that your hip and sciatica lighten up for you Ms Cathie............I have noticed a distinct drop off in your activity here indicating to me that you aren't feeling so hot.

There is hope, my Dr Chiro did Laser treatments on my back/shoulder that is so messed up on Thurs and it was life changing.

Thanks it is finally feeling better but it's been the sacarilliac joint. I'm glad it's not the sciatica nerve. My heart goes out to anyone with that. It just takes me longer to get everything done around here.😊

Good morning/afternoon all.
Feels like a cold Autumn day today I've had to put socks on for the first time in ages - I hate cold feet. It's still very windy and showery, the trees are certainly having the leaves shaken off them. The door is open for Lola but he hasn't ventured out today, nothing wrong with his appetite though!

I've been pottering in the garden during the few dry spells , it's lovely and quiet as the neighbours are still away, so a rare occurrence.

I hope your Sunday is as peaceful as mine.
