Sorry to hear you are still having trouble Natrah. If it's noise again try to record it, and make a note of times and duration of noise. I would report it to the council, because they may be able to do something. If you look at your council website they may give advice about noise nuisance, or just Google it generally and see what action is recommended.
My neighbours have gone out tonight and left 2 dogs howling and barking, for the last couple of hours. Their own dog is usually quiet when left, but the other dog belongs to a daughter and I think her own neighbours have complained about the noise, so now whenever she goes out she brings it here to annoy her parents neighbours instead. It is obviously upsetting the resident pooch causing it to howl.

It's quite a pleasant, but cold weekend weatherwise.
BST ends this weekend in the UK so our clocks go back an hour tonight, which means it will be dark by 5.30 pm tomorrow. I don't really mind that because the neighbours spend less time outside.

Yes you are right. I can't believe Medicare is such a confusing mess. And to think people are trying to get Medicare for everyone. If I was younger and had a choice I would be saying cram it. I have Halloween horror stories dealing with Medicare.
There is something very wrong that at 66 and Kerry at 58 ARE JUST LEARNING that you get double tapped with insurance cost at 65. You pay for your own insurance AND you pay medicare for insurance for someone else since you aren't actually getting insurance from Medicare, it's just a tax.
Why don't we know??? How come my financial guys don't even know?? They think that you actually only pay the Medicare fee and they aren't aware that we pay an additional penalty if we made a decent living. Hmmm.
The math tells me to drop it like a bad project. In NO world does this make financial sense. They can charge me an extra 10% per year that I don't carry insurance. It still makes more financial sense to bank 9600 per year.
On another note...look at what Nature returned to me, again!

Our neighbours are a nuisance to us when they are in and a nuisance to the other neighbours in the adjacent street when they are standing outside at night drinking (during the summer). They are a nuisance to everyone when they are in/out every few minutes in the evening and late at night.

I am sunbathing in my boxers on the terrace today because it is raining.
Lola has wandered out a few times today too, but he didn't stay long.
