Being in a wheelchair really held me back. As one of them would run by me. I was telling them to run in my house. To get away from the police.
For some reason no one took up the offer.

Yeah it was a upgrade I didn't get with the first chair.
Yes the house is a rental. It has been empty for almost a month. It was kind of weird. One car was towed and the other car. A cop car was behind it but someone got in it and drove away. I got wondering if the owner of the car lived near me. So today I went down the street to look for the car. I believe I found it on another street. I have pictures of the license plate. The car is backed in so I couldn't see the license plate. Tomorrow I will go up the driveway and compare the license plate number.

We have problems with empty or rented houses being used as cannabis farms worth hundreds of thousands of pounds. There was one discovered in the next street a few years ago. It probably would have carried on if the men involved hadn't had a row, resulting in a stabbing. We had armed police surrounding the house so they closed off my street too. Thankfully not a regular thing around here.
When Ray mentioned a while back the 30K price tag on his new chair, I wondered how and why could it cost so much.
Then we met a few months back and I took a hard look at his machine from a mechanics or engineers view.
That isn't a "chair" it's a Porsche. I saw it up close and was pretty amazed by the quality of overall construction. It's very solid and very robust.

It's too bad it costs so much. The base price is 20,000. When you add the chair that has 5 different functions and also a upgraded seat. That gets it to the 30k.Thankfully my car insurance is paying for it.There are power chairs that cost 3000 to 5000. Those are like the ones they have at a grocery store.

It's been quiet weather wise and a bit warmer today but only for a couple of days before the colder weather returns.
I've been looking around at cars but not seen any really small enough for me.
There is a Suzuki I quite like called Ignis, with is like a very small SUV so going to try to find one of those to look at and try.
I have a lot to do today but really can't seem to get off my backside to get it done..........maybe after just one more cup of tea.........???

LOL.....relax folks, just let it happen. The cold slap of reality is quite brisk.
Unfortunately, we haven't seen "Sketchy" the little deer in a week. We are finally getting warm and he's nowhere to be seen. I was really rooting for the little guy but Kerry fears that he just lay down and didn't get back up in the cold last week. We pulled the 4 video cards from the cams that we haven't checked in a few days and didn't see him on any of the frames. This is the sad part of the Nook.....

He was probably threatening to impose tariffs on Essex. Or maybe he wants to make Essex the 51st state the U.S. Oh I forgot Canada is going to be the 51st state.
