Yeah A, i did lots of PT before "resorting" to a Chiropractor. A lot of it was good but not effective for my migraines. I never gave Chiropractic medicine the credit that it deserves. The Dr I see does not Crack me. He uses 4 points of pressure to force out the built up fluid at the rear of my neck. He's tried Dry needling, the microwave toy & several other things but the 4 point pressure is the cats meow. Can't do it to yourself...forget that idea now( I thought so too), at best you will end up with bruised tendons because you didn't do it right.. And you'll still have the migraine! 😆

Hey, are all the girls accounted for? I had a few days there that I wasn't to with it...

I did something funny. Back in March I had bought overpriced carburetor parts because the place had what I needed. 30bucks for 8 bucks worth of parts.

Turned out, I didn't need them so I filed a return on Amazon but forgot to drop them off at UPS. They were due by April 26.
I sent them Tues this week..2 months past the cutoff date.

.and got my 30bucks back.
LOL

I'm a firm believer in in Chiropractic and OrthoBionomy. (Ortho does for soft tissue what Chiro does for skeletal.) If keeping my car aligned can save the various bushings and boots from wearing out for a longer time, I definitely want to keep my body in alignment. I've worked physical jobs my whole life and am in much better shape in my mid-70s than a lot of people who don't keep their bodies in alignment are in their forties and fifties. The trick is finding a good practitioner. When I've moved to a new area it seems like I go through several "meh" ones before I find the true healer.

Midsummer was celebrated here in Finland yesterday. We are spending it at our summer cottage near the border. I went rowing with my sister in the nearby lake looking for a picnic spot. A small part of the lake goes across the border to the Russian side.

Here in the east Midsummer is celebrated with these midsummer fires. And around the country with alcohol.

I read that Finnish are the happiest people in the world! Finland keep the 1 place for years.
Would you agree with that?

Great result for a late return - getting a refund in the time frame is often like getting blood from a stone.

It's not something widely celebrated in the UK. Many people flock to Stonehenge because of it's ancient mystical qualities, especially people who practice Paganism.8078.jpg
I celebrate it because it means from now on it will gradually get darker earlier and, although it may take a while, my nasty neighbours will spend less time outdoors!!! 😀

Good for you bud! Be careful though because content can mean "all needs met". Sounds boring to me but of course it would! LOL
I would say content is a better word than happy 😁

It's supposed to get to 100F here today....
Mark ought to be dragging out the big tub around now if he hasn't already!

We got a trailer for the kayaks that easily is pulled by my ebike! With its 750w motor, it pulled just like normal. How cool is that? It's been a pita to put them in the Expedition then drag them 40yds to the water. Now, we can ride to the waters edge and leave the bikes and trailer there! We didn't use them much last year because it was too difficult. The kits to mount 2 Subnados on each kayak giving me especially a break when I want it. We also got sunshade for them....its hot out!

Stay cool guys!
