I used to obfuscate my name and age to prevent the IRS figuring out the connection. Now in the day of AI Software....ive reformed for 9 years now, past the day they can prosecute but some habits remain. LOL

My neighbor texts me yesterday morning with no hot water and asking can i help. He has a large gas on demand heater that had pinholes in the piping from years at too high a velocity. I fixed the part but he went ahead and installed an electric tank type heater because he's pretty handy...but ANAL. He shows up a few hours later at the door while we have other friends over wondering why the bottom element isn't coming on. I sent him home and told him to calm down and wait for the heater to operate. I texted him last night before bed...all was well. Whew!

Conversely yesterday Kerry made auth Puerto Rican Beans &Rice for a friend with Parkinsons who came over with her husband and according to the friend, she nailed it! The girl was a bit overwhelmed. Not a lot of folks do much for them yet he is a prince of a man..

Today it is supposed to get warm, up to 50F. Yay!

Ms Cathie, that was a very nice gift but if Matt saw it he would attack it! I hope your guy(I'm bad with names) is calmer about things! LOL



We pulled the card from the game cam and found a sad sight. We typically get a mating pair of foxes living around here somewhere that show up on the camera often as a couple. This year they started out together but we only saw one after November or so.
I think this is the other one; Mange, real bad. With his/her coat this far gone it's a surprise that they've made it through the temps.


It's the sad part of the Nook. Last year we had Sketchy the poor little deer that slowly wasted away soon after Jan ended. I had mentioned just a couple days ago to Kerry that everyone seemed heathy this year....I was wrong.

Tomorrow is supposed to be "put tub on porch" day AND Kerry will be at school volunteering...Perfect! LOL
The guy is supposed to text me when he leaves Delaware. Fingers crossed.

A member gave me one but a different color light. One day I left the door open and Opo got in. He decided to try and get under the end table where the light was. I was trying to pull him back and the table tilted and the tortoise light fell and broke. So Cathie if ever need the base I have one.

I tried out my Ninja grill/smoker this evening. Everything was going good until the sun went down. The mosquitoes were horrible. I pulled the ribs off about 10 minutes to soon. The meat was almost falling off the bone. We had cool weather for awhile so I kinda forgot about mosquitoes. I will start earlier next time

Sapphire is safe and sound in his room. The two will never meet. You can't keep torts together

Since the day after Seymour came back inside, he has been on his pad with a towel over him, I checked on him yesterday . . .to make sure he was OK. He was out of it...I wiggled his leg, and he kinda pulled it in, and I called that "Good" and covered him back up...

Yes that is my boat. Rose and I used to spend winters in Florida and summers in Michigan. I use my boat to fish for salmon on lake Michigan. That picture was taken around September of 2015. The accident was November of 2015. We were on our way back to Florida when the accident happened. A few years later we sold the house in the Michigan but I kept my boat. The boat is still in Michigan for my sons to use and when Rose and I go up to visit. I can go out fishing. People ask me why I don't bring the boat to Florida. Boats need alot more maintenance in salt water here in Florida. Lake Michigan is fresh water, so no salt eating up your boat.

Thanks Ray for holding my hand for an hour yesterday when i was climbing the walls waiting for my tub guys to show up. Trust me, i was ready for them to show up at 6am and every man on this forum understands why. I was " on standby". LOL
i phoned a friend around noon.

If I can get some more sleep tonight I hope to remove the panel and see what i need to do to "make it go" tomorrow. It will take another week or so.
