For those in colder climates what do you do for natural greens in the winter do you grow them yourselves indoors or do you go someplace like Whole Foods that sells dandelion greens
During the winter I feed grocery store greens such as escarole, endive, chicory, dandelion, kale, mustard greens, collard greens, spinach, arugula, romaine and other greens.
Last year I fed store bought and grew weeds/grass inside in the enclosure, right in the coconut coir. This year. I'm trying out my pop up green house to hopefully keep him going outside most days to graze. Fingers crossed, the heating doesn't kill me
