Kohlrabi is in the brassica family with all the mustards, radishes, cabbages, broccoli, etc. Many of these are considered fine “in moderation.”

It’s listed as a “do not feed” in the Tortoise Table database due to fairly high levels of goitrogans, which can cause thyroid problems in fed in excess. http://thetortoisetable.org.uk/tortoise-diet/harmful-properties/#.WCHawXecZBx

I find the Tortoise Table to be extermely conservative; I personally think it would be okay to feed it occasionally to my adult Russian as part of a varied diet. But my Russian has access to so many foods I don’t tend to worry to much about plants that are possibly “bad.”

I’m interested in what the sulcata experts will say. Since you are a new sulcata owner and your tortoise is such a baby, you might want to avoid it for now. Better safe than sorry.
