Thank you! I'll see how he likes scrambledScrambled or hard boiled. Feed the Shell too.
Hmm not sure if Russians normally need protein but I'm no expert @jsheffield has a Russian I thinkwhen I took my new Russian in for a worm check the vet said to feed him a hard boiled egg with the shell for extra calcium. I was wondering about that. I have a cuttle bone in his habitat and sprinkle a little Repto-Cal on his food twice a week.
Also not an expert, but no, Russians don't need animal protein, although you can use the shells to boost their calcium intake.Hmm not sure if Russians normally need protein but I'm no expert @jsheffield has a Russian I think
Maybe you could just try grinding up a bit of shell? I was going to experiment today with scrambling some egg and shell together but the weather was just sooo hot I couldn't face the eggy smell ?thanks, I don't think Russians need eggs either.
Thank you I'll give this a go tomorrow, definitely won't leave them hanging around for too long his enclosure is in my lounge ?I hard boil them. Them put them in a bowl. Shells on and smash them for a few minutes with a potato masher.
At this time, I do or don't ad other items to it.
Be careful not to leave any leftovers uneaten for very long.
Eggs are surprisingly good at attracting ants.
You'll probably be fine.Thank you I'll give this a go tomorrow, definitely won't leave them hanging around for too long his enclosure is in my lounge ?
