Correct UV set up

I am looking for some advice. I have a 115x50x47cm vivarium for a 2 year old Russian tortoise.

What UV light set up do you think is best. I.e bulb brand, length, strength.

Also, 115x50 cm is okay for a hatching Russian, but too small for a two year old. Time to go BIG! Tortoises need large enclosures.
