I have recently put new cypress mulch in my enclosure and I just read that I should've put it in the freezer before I used it to Get rid of any trace of parasites that may have been there? Should I be concerned?!

You may just end up with little bugs, not a big deal just kind of annoying.

I just did the same !! Hope we don't get any buggies! I just changed all the substance cleaned everything and added in cypress mulch. I'm sure it wouldn't hurt the tort but I'm not crazy about bugs showing up!! Lol

has any one tried nuking it in the microwave? would be alot faster than the oven of freezer. the amount thats in some enclosures it would take forever to bake it all or freeze it and wait for it to thaw.

I baked my one bag of mulch I bought and the other bag of mulch I didnt. It was obvious there was little tiny silver bugs in the bag I didnt bake. I dumped hot water in there like @lismar79 stated.
