That's been my experience with leopards too. They get in under a bush then they muush their bodies back and forth, back and forth until they have smooshed up the loose dirt/leaves on either side of them. (muush, smooshed = scientific terms)

I believe I learned those terms in high school biology. LOL

Thanx. They are indeed. I got this one at the expo in Pasadena. I was ignorant of the proper way to start the little ones and purchased this guy thinking all was great. I had almost given up on it's long term survival. Now I feel like she's growing before my eyes. Glad your guy is doing better.
