A couple of months ago, I posted a picture in the Tortoise Photo zone of Anna laying two eggs. These were her first clutch. Last week one egg went bad, but today...ahhhhh today, out is popping a tiny chubby Russian face!! No pictures because as usual, the camera is not at home when it's needed there. 
Still I had to share my news!
Took a few years to get Russians to breeding age and this is my first Russian clutch and hatching of them. Has also been a few years since I had anything, but box turtles hatching around here so this arrival makes things even sweeter.
