Dry skin on head

I noticed this morning my hatchling has a really dry patch on the top of her head. I'm not sure why it's there or what to do about it. She gets daily soaks and moisture in her enclosure is between 70-90. Should I be worried?

I know they make a lotion for their skin. Not sure if it is trusted or not, but if it is bothering you that may help!
