it has been getting cold here in Arizona. my tortoise hasnt really come out of his shell. he moves around to different sports but doesn’t really eat. i give him food at 7 when i get back from school at 3 and around 8 or 9. he usually eats all the food i give him in those times but since it’s been cold he hasn’t. i move him in front of his food so he can see it and he’ll maybe take a few bites and then go back to sleep where he is at or move to a different spot. is there any advise or does anyone know what might be happening ? idk if it’s bc of the change is weather or not? anything would help IMG_7415.jpg

Your guy is too cold which slows appetite. It appears he’s in an open top so as the weather cools so does his home.

What are you using for heat and light?
