Egg hasn't hatched

So as you can tell from the heading 1 of my females eggs hasn't hatched but the other 2 have and the 2 tortoises are now a month and a bit old, what should I do with the egg that hasn't hatched?

most people keep them until they explode. You might want to cover it with a paper towel so it doesn't spread all over the incubator if it does explode
