I am looking at buying an enclosure for my redfoot. She is an adult now, should I go with a fully sealed wood enclosure or a PVC enclosure? I have been debating on that for a couple weeks now and am notr sure what is a better option. Both will be 8x4x4

Plastic enclosures are easier to clean than wood ones, even if sealed. They are also lighter in weight and easier to move if that becomes necessary. Personally, I would go with plastic.

Check out ones made by TFO member Markw84 and Animal Plastics. They seem to be the top of the line makers of these items.

I agree with @zovick

I personally built my own to the specific needs of my animal. I used thick plywood, reptile safe sealer, and wired the whole thing so that it would have the proper lighting. But, if you can’t build your own the way you want it, these people would be great to turn to.
