escarole?

i was recently watching a pet show on tv and they were talking about leopard tortoises and from what the lady said is that leopards tend to eat and love escarole ( i dont think i spelled that right haha). i usually feed my 2 babys dandilions, lettuce and sometimes timothy hay. i decided to get some escarole and they absolutley loved it! should this be a daily part of there diet? i heard and read its very good for them to eat. let me know if anyone gives them escarole too

I give escarole to all of my tortoises. And my bearded dragon. Apparently it has lots of calcium and all of my guys LOVE it. I buy it twice per week for them.

Escarole, endive, turnip greens, mustard greens, raddiccio, dandelion...all these greens are good food for Leopard tortoises. For very young tortoises I buy the Salad-style hay from Carolinapetsupply.com and sprinkle it over the greens.
