Evaporation Problem

Ever since I've started using the 90watt floods there is a noticable amount of water underneath the substrate. The enclosure holds humidity so I am certain there is no leaks as I sealed everything by hand. Is there something I can put under the substrate to encourage more evaporation or maybe more lamps?!

Enclosure type: Sealed 65gal Tub 2Wx4L
Top: Glass top with weather tight garage seal
Substrate: Coco Coir
Technique: 1ltr/day mixed cypress mulch and coco coir during spot cleaning.
Temps: Ambient temperature is 84. Basking temperature is 93. Cool side is about 78 somtimes less.

Any advice welcomed, wondering if hotter bulb is the answer.

What is the average rate of humidity now since you installed the lamp? I had a similar problem in my enclosure, and wound up decreasing the the amount of water in the enclosure... by nearly half. I also put a small fan towards the top of the enclosure to disperse the heat a bit. Working like a charm for me.
