My tort, is as the French do say, le constipated, extremely. When I soaked him a few moments ago he pushed his head into his shell and I saw a stream of pee come out, but no poop. He has been constipated for about 4 days. He stopped drinking water and I suspect it was that. Here and there, there are small pieces of poop but that is it. Before he takes the next bite of his food, he pushes his head in to poop, but nothing happens. I gave him some cucumber to help, but he really is struggling. He started drinking more about a day ago. Can anyone help?

@wellington it worked like a charm! No car rides needed???
That's a relief - for you and the tort!
If it happens again cucumber has little nutritional values but it does have a laxative effect because it is so watery. I use a peeler to get very thin slices for my tort if he seems constipated. (I read that the seeds and skin aren't good for them so just use the flesh).
Opuntia and aloe vera move things along too.

Put him in a large container, your bath tub is perfect with warm water and let him walk and keep him walking with only very short breaks for 30-60 minutes.
If that doesn't work try a car ride.
The old car ride trick!
That almost always works.
