Hi and welcome - if I were you I would post in the introduction thread so more people see this. Maybe @Yvonne G can move it for you.
Do you know what species and age they are? If not post pics and someone will ID them for you. Different species need different types of care so it's important you know what they are so you can get the diet and environment right.
Do you have a source of heat and uvb for them ? They won't eat if they are cold and need uvb to help with digestion and absorbtion of calcium etc. They could become ill without these.
Also I don't think the gender mix you have is good - the males will probably fight over the female and the poor girl maybe harassed for mating by both so maybe that is a factor in why the aren't eating.

Here in the States, we call those 'turtles.' You have a couple of baby water turtles and they can't swallow food unless they are under water. I like to start babies out with live food. You can go to a store that sells aquarium fish and buy live black worms

Or you can buy frozen blood worms.

The pellets you have might be too big for those little babies.

You also need to set them up in a bigger aquarium. The little plastic thing you have is what we call the turtle death bowl. They need about 4" of water to swim in. Here's a good care sheet:

Also, they are much too small for you to know yet if you have males or females.

Glad you now know what they are and if you can follow all advice as closely as possible they will hopefully start eating and thrive. There is a water turtle section which will help and don't be afraid to ask as many questions as you need.
