Feeding my Leo

If I buy spring mix at the store should I remove the spinnach from it. Or is it ok for my hatchling to eat mixed in? Is there a good brand of spring mix?

I don't feed spinach because I read that it can inhibit calcium absorption. My favorite brand of spring mix is the safeway organics one

I have read in small amounts its ok but I don't feed it very often at all.

I feed a handful of spring mix with either red or green leaf lettuce. I don't bother taking out the few spinich leafs because that small amount isn't going to affect anything. You don't want them on a strong spinich diet, but a little mixed in with other foods is not bad.

I pick it out and unable to find a mix that doesnt have spinach included.

I stopped buying spring mix because all the spinach. I buy several bundles of greens and add in some weeds and chop it up for my hatchling.
