I'm sorry, I'm just so used to every single person telling me that it's too small, or that I'm doing something else entirely incorrectly. Feeling defensive atm. :(

Dwright27...I'm new to the forum and feel your pain as I purchased a Leopard tort in February and have spent countless hours and money trying to get my enclosure with correct temps and humidity. I also have a 36" X 18" breeder aquarium and finally have my temps and humidity under control . The hide box stays in the 85% humidity and the ambient stays between 70% and 80%. I have a 36" zoo med light fixture across the top of the tank along the back for UV lighting. I use coroplast (6mm thickness) ( plastic used for signs) that covers the entire top of the aquarium and butts up against zoo med 36" light fixture thus covering the top completely. I have a CHE in a doom fixture hanging on one side from a stand and on the other side a 35 watt bulb in a dome fixture hanging from a stand for basking. I cut holes in the coroplast the size of the dome fixtures diameter so the lights hang about a 1/4" above the coroplast. This keeps the humidity in. Pour water in the corners of the aquarium to create the humidity. Use a thermostat on the CHE to maintain the temp. You may have already solved your humidity issue but I wanted to share this with you. hope you good luck
